Time ... The sidecar will be difficult. Too bad you're not here in Indonesia, because these things are everywhere and so cheap ... U.S. $ 800.00 for the motorcycle and sidecar. You may, taking account of a trip to Jakarta and Bali for the example that you want.
Honda Helix. I think it is a 250cc, not small and Silverwing. Perhaps a large Honda dealer can help you make the entire platform.
