Fitness, Health & Exercise Question? - health fitness equipment
I'm 28 and I want to be like it was clean and in good health in recent years, I let go a little further. I'm 5 "11 and about 17 stone, but I see no belly, etc., and I'm strong enough Nice legs, etc..
Anyway, I went to about 13 / 14 stone, I went into my jeans 32/32:) Now I'm fighting with 36/32.
I bought a bike and some weights, and I stopped smoking. Today really do not eat much, I try to bowl breakfast in the morning with bananas and a pint of water, and my dinner date, things have with vegetables, fruit, etc., and for dessert.
What would my best to practice with the team I have, cycling, walking, weight training. Besides, what else, ABS, etc. How do I make it, so I guess I'm looking for a routine that you can follow, and something I do too, sweat hard, etc. into account, but I 'm out of shape.

One thing that could really help is more frequent during the day to eat. When spending long periods without food, your body wants to keep the fat you have saved and never let you go.
