Glycemic Index Dried Fruit Does Trail Mix (comprised Of Dried Fruit And Nuts) Have A Low Glycemic Index?

Does trail mix (comprised of dried fruit and nuts) have a low glycemic index? - glycemic index dried fruit

I know that fat, protein, fiber and act as a buffer to reduce the absorption of sugar in the blood.

For trail mix, this means that the simple sugar, dried fruits are slowly absorbed by fat and protein from nuts and high fiber content of the two nuts and dried fruits.

However, from dried fruit is still very high in simple sugars, I wondered how to reduce the glycemic index when the nuts are added to the mixture (50% dried fruit, nuts 50%). Thank you.

3 is charged. It is almost perfect. But remember that 50 grams Do not make a meal it.Anything less than 10 years for the high load.

21 is the IG. Everything below 55 is fine.

So, really nuts, and lower GI load.

It is really important in kind of dried fruit, and the amount of exercise. For some people, who are constantly working to nipple is apricot for others who are not good as the likely performance of banana or apple.
