How Long Does A Va Appraisal Takes How Long Does A VA Appraisal Normally Take To Get Back And How Tough Are They?

How long does a VA appraisal normally take to get back and how tough are they? - how long does a va appraisal takes

All that we expect our new house in the vicinity is the assessment of the VA, but I am worried about two things? First, we try to obtain 100% financing, which means that the house will be hosted by the total amount of the mortgage is not only the amount received by the buyer. Is it possible with a rating of VA (I've heard they are pretty strict)? As long as the return on an assessment is given in order as soon Inc. (I'm in Houston, TX)?

VA Appraisers in my area are needed to evaluate new to us in a week or less. I think that is common to all countries.

The rental value is said on the sales price and not the total amount of the loan and the sign, it was still assessing the sale price is a mistake. If the area and similar properties that are not compatible with the selling price, then it will be assessed for the award. And you do not want it.

Do not worry!

I went through exactly the same thing last year with the funding of 100%.

The assessment takes about 2-3 weeks to stay (in contact with your mortgage company ... I just found out after the call) of them.
Will always have the value of the house for at least the selling price. The score is a mere formality. This is really just want to make sure that the ownership is real and not a scam.

The change is very fast. I could have closed within 2 weeks, the loan application. It is even easier than the private financing, as I used to be. You can also earn in April, because the lender what they can demand is limited. Although funded through the opening.
Good luck!

@ Lisa - I worked with a banker who was in hundreds of VA loans closed and not even a house valued at less than the asking price.
With the depressed housing market, it's almost a sure thing that the house be worth less than the selling price!
If you compare the house prices are also likely to be higher, because they often go LACk about a year. It is likely that house prices have declined somewhat in recent years, no matter where you live.
